Beginning with an evaluation of SteppingStones current marketing objectives, Tower identified the need for key market research to understand their brand perception, identify strategic strengths and uncover drivers and barriers to using recruiters. Research fueled the creation of a detailed marketing communications plan. A brand positioning statement was produced and the brand character defined, leading to a sophisticated, intellectual, clever feeling evoked through design and smart copy. The new SteppingStones brand was introduced across all touch points, including collateral, print, advertising, digital and social media.
