  1. Athelstan Charles Ethelwulf LongCayman’s first governor, celebrated his 100th birthday this week and was greeted by Cayman’s current governor, Martyn Roper. 
  2. One Dog At a Time is holding its annual “One Dog Jog” this Sunday, a 5K charity fun run/ walk at Safehaven starting at 7am.

  4. Campbells Partner, Guy Manning, will set off to ski to the South Pole this month in an attempt to complete the “Explorers’ Grand Slam” and raise funds for the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.
  5. Three of the islands junior golfers took part in 26th Annual International Canadian Junior Golf Association’s World Junior Challenge at the end of December, a highly recognised event.
