Tower ADDyThe best way to promote your business is to use the people who are your business. Putting your staff members at the heart of your promotional campaigns gives your target market a personal, intimate connection with your business and your brand.

Take a scroll down Tower’s social media and you’ll see we are strong believers in this strategy. By including our staff in posts about everything from random happenings around the office to birthdays and more, we are always looking for ways to engage our employees as ambassadors of our brand.

We were extremely proud to have won an ADDY award for our campaign introducing our new staff through our social media assets. This campaign not only allowed our audience to feel as though they were a part of the Tower team, but also helped our new staff members feel more connected to the Tower brand as well.

It is always important for your employees to feel as though they are a part of your business – if their connection is forced, engaging them as brand ambassadors will not be successful.

There are many ways to keep your employees connected and engaged with your business and brand. Staff team building outings can help your employees feel more connected to each other, and therefore more connected to the brand.

Tower recently used this strategy when we entered a team into the recent Off the Beaten Track cross-island relay race. Nothing says team building like running to your death together!
