RhondaAndersonThe Chamber Pension Plan is pleased to announce the appointment of financial services professional Rhonda Anderson, following the term fulfilment of a previous trustee.

“I am honoured to be the Chamber of Commerce appointed Trustee,” Mrs. Anderson stated. “With my financial experience background, I feel I can positively contribute to the success of the Chamber Pension Plan.”

Mrs. Anderson is the partner responsible for operations and finance for Zolfo Cooper Caribbean, which includes the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.  Her responsibilities include all financial reporting, operational policies and procedures, budgeting, HR, and facilities.

Mrs. Anderson has nineteen years of experience in the offshore financial services industry, with over fifteen of those as a financial controller. Her experience includes a wide range of areas including financial services, mutual funds, offshore banking, and commercial real estate.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountant.

Chamber Pension Plan Board of Trustees Chairman, Eduardo D’Angelo Silva stated “We are pleased to have someone like Mrs. Anderson who has a wealth of knowledge in the financial industry. We look forward to her expertise being an asset to our board of trustees.”

The Chamber Pension Plan Board of Trustees is made up of 9 Trustees who serve on a voluntary basis for 3 years and are active members in the business community covering a variety of industry sectors.  Mrs. Anderson is one of two Trustees appointed by the Chamber of Commerce under the terms of the Trust Deed.
