Helping to raise funds for worthy causes, Music on the Menu is a must-attend event held three times a year to great acclaim by music lovers across the island. Recruitment and training specialists, SteppingStones, are delighted to be part of such an exciting initiative in this, the second year of their sponsorship.

Milly Serpell, SteppingStones Managing Director, says monies raised from this year’s events are going to a particularly worthy cause.

“The Cayman Arts Festival’s Cayman Youth Choir (CYC) will benefit from this year’s three performances of Music on the Menu and we are especially delighted to be able to help further the talents of Cayman’s young people, who are always an important focus for our firm,” she advises. “The Music on the Menu events are really well received and have attracted some of the finest musical talent Cayman has. The last event held recently at Luca, showcased music guests cellist Sebastian Poznansky and pianist Glen Inanga, both of whom are incredibly accomplished and highly acclaimed musicians.”

Cayman Arts Festival Managers, Nisha Bismillah and Pamela McDonough Brown, say that Cayman Youth Choir could not contemplate its exciting plans ahead without support received from the sponsors of Music on the Menu.

“The CYC is full of promising talent and enthusiasm and, through the support we have received from companies such as SteppingStones, the young people are gearing up for some magical performances towards the latter part of this year and into 2014.  Plans include a short performance by the Choir at one of this season’s Music on the Menu events, an invitation to school choirs to come together for another Christmas concert at Camana Bay in December and a possible collaboration with the popular band String Fever at Cayman Arts Festival in February next year,” Ms Bismillah stated. “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to SteppingStones for helping to make this happen.”
