Understanding Home Gas’ customers and stakeholders was fundamental in creating a new brand identity for Home Gas. We looked to not only the traditional, visual elements like logos, fonts, colours, taglines, layouts, but also include devices that truly make a difference in making a brand distinctive, ownable and memorable – voice, imagery, words, style and character. Created from an existing logo, Tower implemented brand guidelines which communicates brand personality and shows staff how every encounter between the customer and Home Gas is an opportunity to build trust, add value and increase loyalty. From brochures and signage, to truck decals and propane tanks, to the uniforms of staff, website, from radio to print advertisements, and online advertisements, various touch points received branding treatment according to the new corporate identity design.
