Following a recent recruitment drive to expand its team in order to meet the growth of its business, Cayman IT provider Ronco Cayman has announced the appointment of Brian Janiszczak and Peter Woodward, bringing its staff complement to seventeen.
Mr Darrell Hines, Managing Director of Ronco, said the company searched for natural talent and demonstrated achievement in the recruitment of its staff and believed they had found it in its two new staff members.
“We are delighted that Brian and Peter have joined us,” he said. “Both have very impressive credentials and professional experience that will serve them well in providing responsive, timely and thorough service to our clients.”
“A key part of Brian and Peter’s role will be the responsibility for training the young Caymanians on our team. We have already identified a number of Microsoft credentials of which they can lead training in and have planned an internal training and development program which will be of great benefit for our junior staff.”
Brian Janiszczak joins Ronco from the US State Department National Training Affairs Institute in Washington, DC where he worked as a Senior Technical IT Trainer. Brian is a Microsoft Certified trainer and holds over 20 additional Microsoft certifications both on-premises and cloud.
“It is great to be part of the Ronco team and join an organisation that has some of the best talent in Cayman. I look forward to further strengthening Ronco’s offerings and impact across our reputation and clients,” Mr Janiszczak said.
Peter Woodward joins Ronco from Mubadala Development Company (BMS) in Abu Dhabi where he was Head of Productivity within End User Computing, SME and Technical Architect on the end user environment and Microsoft technologies.
“Peter brings much needed Citrix certifications to the Cayman Islands,” Mr Hines said. “He is also Microsoft certified in a number of disciplines and brings a wealth of VMware exposure as well as having been instrumental in assisting a large bank with regulatory needs such as governance, NIST, security protocols and procedures.”
Mr Woodward said he was excited about his move to the Cayman Islands.
“I’m looking forward to being a part of Ronco’s growth and continuous improvement,” he said. “We have a large team of talented IT professionals and I very much look forward to working together to achieve success for both Ronco and our clients alike.”
Mr Hines said the addition of the high end skills sets and certifications Peter and Brian brought to the team was designed to open up more opportunities to allow Ronco to offer a greater range of services and products to its clients.
“Our Microsoft Dynamics division is growing as we onboard more clients on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Great Plains. This includes the design and implementation of tailored CRM solutions for company management and directorship service companies,” he said. “I am pleased and excited with the quality and depth of our current team.”
