Ileana joined us full-time in 2014 as a marketing assistant after graduating from the University of South Florida. However, the past two years have shown her that graphic design is her true passion, and she has been promoted officially to the position of Graphic Designer as of 1 August, 2016.
We first met Ileana during an internship with us in 2013 while she was studying for her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of South Florida. Prior to that, she had already obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2010.
Her experience as a designer doesn’t only include work at Tower. Ileana was a marketing and design intern at the University of South Florida connect from August 2013 – March 2014, a graphic designer at Lazy Days RV Sales and Resort from 2011 – 2012, and has also been doing freelance graphic design since 2009.
Outside of her design work, Ileana also loves baking/cooking, kickboxing and snorkeling. She is also a proud member of Rotaract, which she lovingly refers to as her third job.
